NSW Health now uses the Royal Childrens Hospital (Melbourne) guidelines. The Paediatric Improvement Collaborative (PIC) endorses guidelines which are preferred across NSW, VIC & QLD, these are annotated with (PIC) (high-lighted in red) on the RCH website.
You can access additional resources though the ACI Paediatric Resoure Hub here.
NB: The previously used NSW Clinical Practice Guidelines have gradually been rescinded as they went out of date.
Local (LHD- and NSW-specific) policies and procedures can be accessed through the paediatric section of TSH Business Rules
