Podcast from Sheryl Crowe (of St Emlyn’s and SMACC fame): tackling anxiety around Covid 19
It is our priority that our staff, patients and the community remain safe and well during this time. It’s important that we all take the time to check in on each other and have regular breaks and practise good hand and respiratory hygiene. Team leaders are encouraged to speak with staff at the beginning and/or end of each shift to discuss their wellbeing. As you are aware, the media are reporting the unfolding COVID-19 situation both locally and world-wide and for some people these reports can be disturbing. As these reports may be stressful for some of you, please be aware of the Employee Assistance Program where staff can speak to a psychologist or professional coach by calling 1300 687 327.
